Airlines update policies following GDPR implementation

GDPR laws governing the data protection of EU passport holders and residents came into effect on May 25.

As a result, both Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines have updated their privacy policies for nationals around the world, emailing customers to confirm what information is collected by the airlines and how this is used and distributed.

Other airlines are expected to follow suit.
