BA Comair has announced that passengers travelling in economy class on its domestic and regional flights around Southern Africa will now be served Woolworths food on board. Customers will see some familiar dishes on the ‘Café Cloud’ menu, including many of the Woolworths favourites South Africans enjoy at home. From mid-September Woolworths tea and coffee will also be served. For breakfast, customers can look forward to omelettes, filled pancakes, Woolworths yoghurt, and either fresh fruit salad or a tasty muffin. For lunch and dinner there will be chicken and broccoli bake, chicken tikka, lasagne, cottage pie, and macaroni cheese served with one of Woolworths’ salads. Sandwiches will be served at snack times.
