Balinese chef arrives to wow Three Cities guests

ONE of Bali's most talented chefs, Deddy Surachman, will host an "Indonesian Food Promotion" in Durban, Gauteng and Cape Town this month. As a guest of the Three Cities Hotel Group, Surachman will prepare Indonesian cuisine at the following restaurants: Durban - The Royal Hotel's Coffee Shoppe from October 5 to 8, Gauteng - Irene Country Lodge's Meadow Green Restaurant from October 10 to 13, and Cape Town - The Cape Milner's 2 On Milner from October 15 to 19. A wide range of typical Balinese specialties will be prepared in front of guests with Surachman interacting with diners. (Adéle Mackenzie)
