Barsa and Acsa join forces

BARSA has announced that it has been working with Acsa to implement Acsa’s Quality Management System (QMS) which was put into place last year at Acsa’s international airports and is currently being introduced at national airports. QMS is a service-standards programme that measures customers’ airport experiences in a scientific manner. “Barsa gave its full support to introducing the QMS as the opportunity for all airport stakeholders to derive meaningful and accurate process data is rare,” said Barsa ceo June Crawford.
