Best season in four years

CAPE Town and many parts of the Western Cape are riding out a bumper domestic season the likes of which was seen only three or four years ago, according to a report quoting Mike Fabricius, the Western Cape Tourism Board's executive officer. Other hotspots included Plettenberg Bay. Nevertheless, the Western Cape tourism industry is yet to provide incentives for domestic and foreign visitors to spend more days there or to convert it into an all-year-round destination. (Mark Gray)
