Cape Town chosen for world launch of new Mercedes

THE legendary R4m super sports car Mercedes-Benz SLR is officially being launched in Cape Town. And every night, until December 12, 175 motoring journalists from 45 countries across the globe will be dining at Beluga Restaurant in Green Point, as the Cape Town restaurant was chosen to host the worldwide presentation of this super sports car, of which only 3 500 will be built.
