Capital Car Hire has signed its first multi-year distribution GDS agreement with Travelport.
The new agreement gives Travelport-connected agents access to Capital Car Hire’s content and the ability to search, sell and book its cars through their preferred network.
Travel agents are able to access Travelport’s Travel Commerce Platform (which offers fares and ancillaries from airlines, hotels and car rental locations) via its point-of-sale solution, Travelport Smartpoint, as well as online travel agencies and booking tools via Travelport’s Universal API.
