TURTLE Bay Beach Club in Kenya has welcomed a charity kayaking expedition from Kenya to Kosi Bay in northern KwaZulu Natal (K2K). The K-Team has embarked on a sea kayaking adventure down the East African coast from Lamu, Kenya, to Pemba, Mozambique, which will take four months. The second leg of the trip will cross over land from Pemba to Kosi Bay. The aim is to raise awareness and increase exposure for community projects along the coast. Soccer balls will be handed to children at two planned community stops, the Timboni Clinic and Sonneti Academy. (Natalia Thomson)
