STARTING March 27, Ethiopian Airlines will operate daily flights between Addis Ababa and Beijing.
From May 1, the flights will operate direct to Beijing using a B777 aircraft, reducing the travelling time and enabling passengers to arrive earlier. Currently, the flights operate via New Delhi.
May 1, will also see the airline introduce flights to Hangzhou, China, five times a week.
