INTERCONTINENTAL Hotels Group’s first hotel Intercontinental Hotel in Mauritius will open this month. The 210-room Intercontinental Mauritius Resort Balaclava Fort features a spa and gym, five restaurants, three bars, shopping arcade, car hire, tour desk, bicycle and scooter hire, water sports and other activities, as well as an infirmary. The Kids and Teens Club for children aged from four to 12 and 13-16 respectively, offers various activities and facilities, including a fun kitchen, TV room, sleeping area and gardens.
