Have you had clients who have been told that they have to have a transit visa if they are travel via the UK to North America or Canada, when at the airport? Have any of your clients had a problem getting through passport control at Heathrow onto their next flight? Even though they are travelling to North America/ Canada and were told they do not need a transit visa by the British High Commission?
