WINCHESTER Mansions Hotel has opened a second restaurant on its premises, the new cosmopolitan eatery, Harveys.
Managing director of Winchester Mansions, Nils Hecksher, says Harveys provides sea views and an informal dining experience which offers dishes such as "Harveys Oyster Stew", "Smoked Salmon Tower" and roast quail.
