INDIGO Bay Island Resort and Spa in Bazaruto Island has launched a special at the Bay View Villas (which sleep four people or five if one child is under 12). The villas are suitable for families as there are two separate rooms, each with their own bathroom, joint deck with plunge pool and lapa.
Children’s activities include sandcastle-building competitions, pizza-making, dune boarding, horse riding, golf tournaments and a Kids’ Club that hosts games and movies for children up to the age of 12.
For the grown-ups there is a spa, big-game fishing, island excursions, sunset dhow cruises, cocktails and local beers from the resort pool bar.
Rates are US$ 850 per night (normal rate US$ 1 550 per night). Rates include all meals, teas/coffees and bottled water in rooms as well as non-motorised water sports. The offer is valid until December 22.
