Kulula.com wins Best Domestic Airline award

NO frills airline, kulula.com won the Best Domestic Airline Award 2002 at the annual Airports Company South Africa (Acsa) Service Awards which took place last week. The airline's executive manager, Gidon Novick said of the award: "We are obviously delighted to receive this year's award and want to thank all our loyal 'superheroes' for voting kulula.com as their airline of choice." Acsa contracted an independent company to conduct sample surveys of airport and airline users, capturing the extent and size of the domestic market. (Miguel de Sousa)
