SERVICES on the S-Bahn have been reduced due to safety maintenance on a large number of the trains, leading to delays and crowding. There will be no services between Zoo and Ostbahnhof stations until August 9. Disruptions on the S-Bahn are likely to continue until the end of the year. There are additional services on other forms of public transport, including buses and other train services, to help minimise the problem. This is according to Travelinfo’s City Alerts, a unique reference tool and global travel advisory guide that warns and informs. City Alerts covers the latest travel tips and info for over 300 cities in 161 countries.
