FOLLOWING a number of animal attacks in South Africa’s game reserves, we asked you whether the commercialisation of the country’s wilderness is getting out of hand. The result was pretty tight, with 55% of respondents saying that commercialisation is too great and the bush experience no longer focuses on wildlife. The remaining 45% of respondents feel that the bush remains a safe, unique experience and that lodges make a significant contribution to the South African economy.
