The 30-room boutique hotel, Protea Hotel Abuja, set in a quiet, yet central part of the capital, Abuja, is scheduled for opening in December. Protea Hotel Garden Court Port Harcourt, was designed with the business traveller in mind. This centrally-located 113-room property has a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and a well-equipped conference centre. Located in a quiet suburb in the Victoria Island business area of Lagos, minutes from the city centre, Protea Hotel Kuramo Waters is another business hotel with 60 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and several meeting rooms.
