RENNIES Financial Services (“Renfin”), the travel and banking division of the Bidvest Group Limited, has made several acquisitions in the last week. First it announced it had acquired Prestige Travel. This announcement was followed by the acquisition of Sure Jet Travel in Port Elizabeth. Next, Renfin acquired 60% of Travelwise, started in 1992 and now one of the leading travel companies in Botswana. Travelwise was previously a member of the Sure Travel group.
