REZIDOR SAS – the parent company of Radisson SAS Hotels –signed an agreement with Carlson Hotels Worldwide on September 24, expanding its portfolio to include over 700 hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under the terms of the deal, Rezidor has apparently become the master franchisor for the three Carlson hotel brands, Regent, Country Inn and Park Inn hotels. According to Kurt Ritter, president and ceo of Rezidor SAS, “It is a testament to our proven track record that Carlson has chosen to partner with us to fulfil its global ambitions.” (Heather Ruddock)
