A R100m EMPOWERMENT-driven luxury apartment development, Canal Quays, is the first development to be unlocked along Cape Town's new Roggebaai Canal, it was announced last week. Developed by Zwelinzima Property Developers, a black controlled property development company, Canal Quays will comprise of 72 luxury apartments, construction of which is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2004.
