The Asata Region 2 meeting will be held on March 13 at the Soweto Hotel and Conference Centre, Soweto.
Budget Rent a Car has sponsored transport to the venue and the coach will depart at 15h00 from the Birchwood Hotel in Boksburg. The meeting will start around 15h45 and the first part will be dedicated to a walking tour around Freedom Square and Kliptown.
On their return to the hotel, attendees will be served something refreshing after which Robyn Christie will give an update on Asata matters.
Two lucky attendees stand a chance to win a one-night stay in the Deluxe Mandela suite on a bed and breakfast basis.
To give you the full experience, the Soweto Hotel and Conference Centre has offered 20 rooms at no charge, including dinner, bed and breakfast for the evening of March 13. This offer is on a first-come, first-served basis.
For those travelling back, the coach will depart for the Birchwood at 18h30.
Limited space is available on the coach and attendance will be confirmed by Asata. Members are also welcome to make their own transport arrangements.
