SAX e-ticketing gremlin almost resolved

ALL GDS systems, with the exception of Worldspan, are now showing the new 'XZ' code for SA Express and are able to e-ticket on SAC sectors. This week, SA Express changed its airline code from 'YB' to 'XZ'. Even though the SA code was displayed when tickets were issued, the SAX code change from ‘YB’ to ‘XZ’ created a ticketing problem, said SAA head of corporate affairs, Robyn Chalmers.
