SINGAPORE Airlines (SIA) has upgraded its Web site, www.singaporeair.com, to make the pre-flight experience for online bookers more convenient and less time consuming. Online SIA customers will be able to access travel information (such as visa and passport requirements), currency and time conversion tools, weather updates and a brief introduction of the destination they plan to travel to. Other services on the site include Internet check-in, SIA Mobile Services, KrisFlyer Membership Services and the ‘Book the Cook’ meal service. (Heather Ruddock)
