TRAVEL+LEISURE magazine has awarded Silversea Cruises the "World's Best Small-Ship Cruise Line" in its August edition. The results of a recently announced 2003 readers' survey placed Silversea above all other cruise lines, including those in the large-ship category. This is the fifth time Silversea has been voted number one in the readers' poll. The line was evaluated according to the following criteria: cabins, food, service, itineraries, entertainment and value. Silversea's ceo, Albert Peter, said: "This achievement validates our strong commitment to providing guests with the unsurpassed value and service excellence that define the ultra-luxury Silversea cruise experience."
