THE tiny kingdom of Swaziland hopes to benefit from spill over tourism when South Africa hosts the 2010 World Cup. The Swaziland Tourism Authority (STA) will plan a marketing strategy to draw some of the thousands of World Cup visitors to the kingdom, said STA's customer liaison officer Mphumelelo Mdlalose. Mdlalose said Swaziland's accommodation sector is expected to benefit the most from World Cup fever. "We want our tourism product owners to ensure that they are ready with quality tourism products and services," she said, adding that issues which need addressing include making border posts and visa arrangements more efficient as well as beefing up the public transport industry and airline services.
