Thebe Tourism appoints top executives

THE Thebe Inbound Group has announced new appointments to its management team, effective from September 2004. Pieter de Haas is leaving his post as gm at Hello Africa and will become involved in a project linked to Outbound Incentives, an area of particular interest to him. Jeff Squire, ceo Thebe Tourism Group is currently overseeing de Haas’s roles and the company is looking for a suitable replacement. Catherine Castel has decided to return to the UK and Anne-Kristen Scheffler will be taking over as gm of UTc, responsible for all markets outside Asia, which is being managed by Stephen Li.
