Brought to you by eTNW... TOURISM KwaZulu-Natal (TKZN) has set up a toll free number (086 010 1099) that visitors can call to receive updates about the province’s beaches. TKZN’s acting ceo, Ndabo Khoza, said this number would allow holidaymakers to plan their stay in KZN over the Easter weekend appropriately. Khoza said that despite the recent tidal waves and gale-force winds, a bumper Easter holiday season was expected. He added: “TKZN would like to assure all our domestic and international tourist who will be visiting the Zulu Kingdom, that this province is ready to roll out the red carpet for them this Easter.” Swimming has, however, been completely banned along the Zimbali and Zinkwazi coastlines until the infrastructure system is restored.
