Virgin Nigeria launches Gatwick flights

VIRGIN Nigeria has announced it will begin operations from Lagos to London Gatwick on November 27. The carrier will operate flights from Lagos three times a week on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Return flights from London Gatwick will be on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The service to London Gatwick will be operated by Virgin Nigeria’s A340- 300 aircraft with a configuration of 40 business class, 28 Premium Economy and 187 economy class. To celebrate the launch of this service, Virgin Nigeria has introduced a special promotion offering customers free train tickets on the Gatwick Express. (Dorine Berger)
