Wilderness opens two new camps in Namibia

WILDERNESS Safaris has opened two new camps in Namibia. The new Serra Cafema Camp has just opened and is located in the extreme north-west of Namibia. It consists of six large and luxuriously furnished tented rooms under cool thatch and are raised off the ground. The rooms offer en-suite facilities with a swimming pool, dining room and bar. The highlight at Serra Cafema is the quad bike excursions into the dune fields. Guests also enjoy boat trips on the Kunene River, walking trails in the remote mountain and river valleys and 4x4 safaris in the Hartmann Valley where it is possible to see a variety of game. Little Ongava is located within Ongava Game Reserve, a private 30 000 hectare reserve located on the southern boundary of Etosha National Park. This camp has three spacious suites each boasting a plunge pool, en-suite bathroom and outdoor thatched sala, all with a view of the camp's waterhole. (Miguel de Sousa)
