Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism has cancelled all COVID-related restrictions for hotels, events, restaurants, malls, and museums.
Showing ‘green status’ on the Al Hosn app, indicating the user has tested negative for COVID, will no longer be a requirement to access these venues.
Event organisers may still request proof of vaccination from attendees. Anyone who tests positive for the virus while in Abu Dhabi will still have to isolate for five days.
