Cruise Vacations has been awarded the Best Luxury Cruise Agency in Southern Africa at the 2023 African Excellence Agency Awards, its third commendation in less than a year.

The African Excellence Awards serve as an indicator of key sectors catalysing growth on the continent and honour companies that have strengthened the African economy, according to iol.co.za. Nominees undergo extensive research related to their company’s performance, productivity, quality of its products and services and customer satisfaction.

Cruise Vacations has also been appointed general sales agent for MEA Markets, which focuses on offering Africa international luxury cruise products.

MD, Gaynor Galbraith Neill said: “It has been our busiest year to date, and to know that our hard work, innovation and service standards are being noticed and acknowledged is highly motivating and a great honour.”

In 2022, the agency was named Africa's Best Cruise Travel Agency at the World Cruise Awards and received the title, Best Luxury and Expedition Cruise Travel Experts in Gauteng, at the MEA Business Awards.
