Beachfront development set to open in Umhlanga

A new beachfront development, Pearls Shore, is set to open in Umhlanga Rocks by May 2025. The project, which will include 44 luxury apartments, will be managed by The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts.  

The development will comprise 44 studios and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features modern designs, spacious interiors and full furnishings with all apartments offering views of the sea, Oceans Mall or the beachfront. The apartments will be fully air-conditioned and come with premium amenities.
