Holland America Line has officially opened reservations for its two newest Grand Voyages departing in January 2025.

On Grand Voyage: Pole-to-Pole on Volendam, passengers will visit five continents, travelling south to north. The 133-day journey departs on a round trip from Fort Lauderdale in Florida on January 25, 2025 through the Panama Canal along the west coast of South America towards Antarctica before sailing along Argentina and Brazil to the River Amazon. The ship will then cross the Atlantic to Africa, after which it will sail north to Europe and Norway’s North Cape before heading west across the Atlantic via Iceland and Greenland and returning to the east coast of North America.

Volendam will spend four days in Antarctica and, in the north, cross the Arctic Circle to the North Cape. The ship will call at 68 ports in 28 countries across five continents. It will make overnight calls in Fuerte Amador, Panama; Callao (Lima); Buenos Aires; Rio de Janeiro; Barcelona; Lisbon; and Reykjavik.

The 2025 Grand World Voyage is a 124-day cruise on Zuiderdam, departing on a round trip from Fort Lauderdale on January 4, 2025. The ship will call at 46 ports in 32 countries across six continents with overnight calls in Callao, Peru; Easter Island; Papeete, Tahiti; Sydney; Singapore; Cape Town; Mombasa; Safaga, Egypt; and Barcelona. There will also be late-night departures in Manta, Ecuador; Seychelles; Cape Town and Durban; Aqaba, Jordan; Civitavecchia (Rome); and Gibraltar.

Fares for the 2025 Grand World Voyage start at US$24 999 (R491 030), and fares for the 2025 Grand Voyage: Pole to Pole begin at US$26 399 (R518 520) pp double occupancy. Taxes, fees, and port expenses are additional.
