Travel agents should warn guests booked into the Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife Giant’s Castle Resort in the Mahlutshini area to delay their trip until further notice.
Travel News received a WhatsApp notice from Ezemvelo this morning that community members had blocked the road to the resort in protest.
At this stage, according to a spokesperson for Ezemvelo, the reason behind the blockage is not clear.
“The police have been informed and will be on the scene shortly to engage the community,” the spokesperson said.
Trade and guests are advised to phone Ezemvelo Head Office (+27-33 845 1000) or check social media pages for updates.
