first and second floor.

The hotel is in Upanga, 13km from Julius Nyerere International
Airport. It will have 148 rooms when complete, with five of the current 41
rooms designed to meet the needs of guests with reduced physical ability. In-room
features include a television with selected DStv channels, a bathroom with a shower
(bath in selected rooms), electronic safe large enough to fit a laptop, and a
desk with lighting and plugs.

It also has three interleading boardrooms, two of which accommodate
up to 10 guests and the third, 18 guests.

City Lodge Hotel Group’s own brand #Café restaurant serves
breakfast, lunch and light evening meals and there is a sundowner bar and
swimming pool for outdoor relaxation. The property also has wireless Internet
access, a fitness room, and 24-hour reception and check-in services.
