Coach company rings in changes

THERE has been much recent change at Gauteng-based Rand Coach Tours and Charters, as the company bad a fond farewell to an old staff member and welcomed another; waved good-bye to an old tour itinerary and introduced a new one.
Lee-Anne Isaacs, one of Rand's tour consultants for the past 10 years, has now left the company and has been replaced by Jospehine Skosana. Her primary function within the company will be to assist in the planning and execution of Rand Coach's redevelopment plan.
In keeping with the company's redevelopment plan, its nine-day Namaqualand tour - which takes place in August/September and is reportedly highly popular with visiting garden club groups - will feature a brand new itinerary which incorporates SA's little-visited West Coast and the Karoo National Park, says Pam Potgieter, official spokesperson for the company.
Up to 35 FITS can be accommodated on the tour which is priced at R4 100 (US$592) per person sharing.
