The Imperial Group Limited has sold its tourism division, which includes Springbok Atlas Charter, to Cullinan Holdings Limited, subject to the approval of the competition commission.

According to Springbok Atlas Charter, the division would continue to operate as an independent travel brand, with its existing management team and staff.

The Cullinan Group received its sale consideration in the form of Cullinan shares, effectively becoming an approximately 10% shareholder.
