An upgraded check-in area for Emirates’ first-class customers and Skywards Platinum members, Emirates First, has opened at Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport (DXB).

At the check-in area, verified guests will be greeted by a dedicated Emirates host.

Streamlined check-in

Check-in formalities can be completed on iPads, making the process faster and easier.

Passengers can also use the counters to check in, if preferred, and drop baggage at the desks, where they are loaded on to dedicated First Class baggage belts.

As part of the Emirates First experience customers can make their way to one of the three dedicated Emirates First Class Lounges in Terminal 3 to enjoy à la carte meals, fine wines, spirits and Champagne, and complimentary spa treatments.

Adel al Redha, Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer of Emirates, said the airline had invested heavily in upgrading its ground products. “We know our customers value privacy and convenience, and this will provide another level of hospitality to the check-in experience, as part of our efforts to continuously uplift the overall travel journey.”
