Emirates offers home check-in service

Emirates is offering to ease travel time through its home check-in service, by collecting baggage from travellers’ hotels or homes in Dubai prior to departure.
Passengers flying out of Dubai on Emirates can book the service 12-48 hours before departure. Home check-in agents will come to the traveller’s home, hotel or office, where they will complete a security check, conduct check-in formalities and issue boarding passes, weigh luggage and tag and transport the luggage to be delivered straight to the correct flight.
The service costs AED 250 (R980) for up to seven pieces of luggage, with an additional AED 25 (R98) for every additional piece of luggage thereafter.
Emirates also offers a home delivery service in Dubai where luggage is retrieved, cleared at customs and delivered to the customer’s home or hotel following arrival.
