Ethiopian Airlines will increase its current schedule on its Cape Town-Addis Ababa route to a daily direct operation from September 12.
“We have seen a significant growth and improvement on our Cape Town route, both from local and international passengers,” says Mengistu Adelahu, manager of passenger sales for Addis Ababa of Ethiopian Airlines.
He says the extra flights will support the positive trend and offer more options to potential travellers, aligning the demand to the Ethiopian Vision 2025 strategy.
The daily flights will depart CPT at 14h55 to arrive in ADD at 22h20 and continue to be operated by either the Boeing 787 Dreamliner or Boeing 777, depending on the load.
