Europcar broadens the fleet

EUROPCAR has expanded its fleet to offer South Africans greater choice across business, leisure and long- term travel. For the SME sector, Europcar offers the Suzuki Eeco 1.2 2WD 5MT and Renault Triber 1.0L Express III. “These are practical options for small businesses that need to move products, make deliveries, transport equipment or get employees to customer sites. We offer businesses the opportunity to access additional mobility when needed, without necessarily having to commit to purchasing another vehicle,” said Europcar. It said rental could also provide businesses with flexibility during periods of increased seasonal demand, short-term projects or when their vehicles were temporarily unavailable. For leisure travellers, the MINI Countryman C adds a premium option for road trips and weekend travel, while the BMW X2 sDrive 18i Sports Activity Coupé caters for business travellers seeking a more sophisticated driving experience. The fleet also includes the GWM TANK 300 2.4TD 8AT 4X2 S-Luxury, aimed at travellers looking for a more adventurous option, as well as the Renault Trafic 2.0 dCi Techno AT, which offers additional space for group travel, project teams and businesses transporting people or equipment. The company also offers long-term hire to businesses and individuals, providing an alternative for customers who need a vehicle for an extended period but may not want the long-term commitment of ownership. “For businesses, this can be particularly useful for projects, employee mobility, contract work or temporary expansion into another region.” Europcar said its fleet strategy was driven by monitoring how customers were travelling and what businesses required, allowing it to adapt its vehicle offering rather than taking a one-size- fits-all approach. Ultimately, the value of a rental fleet lies in its ability to adapt.
