Etihad Airways is increasing its Sri Lanka flights to double daily and has expanded its codeshare agreement with Korean Air.
The airline will increase its Abu Dhabi-Colombo service from seven flights per week to a double daily schedule from February 16. Operated with an A320 aircraft, the new service will add over 1 900 seats per week to the route.
EY and Korean Air’s expanded codeshare agreement will include six new destinations. EY will place its code on Korean Air services from Seoul Incheon to Honolulu, Vancouver and Hong Kong. KE will place its code on Etihad flights from Abu Dhabi to Johannesburg, Muscat and possibly Khartoum.
