Live it up at 'Le Quartier'

BREAD & Wine, the restaurant on the premises of the Moreson wine estate in the Franschhoek Valley in the Western Cape, will be closed for the months of June and July and will reopen in August, fully renovated and sporting a covered patio, landscaped courtyard and water fountains.
Two new chefs have also been appointed, Christina Slattery and Neil Jewell, who both hail from the United Kingdom.
Meanwhile, the estate's other award-winning restaurant and guesthouse, Le Quartier Français (The French Quarter), will be presenting two promotional packages including dinners and accommodation. The first of these will be a food, wine, cigars and cognac evening for women only, held on Thursday, June 29, inclusive of dinner, accommodation and breakfast. The package can be extended to include a partner on the Friday evening.
In August, Le Quartier will be presenting two breadmaking weekends, which include classes, lunch, dinner bed and breakfast.
