Homes & Villas by Marriott International, a home-rental initiative, will launch next week, with over 2 000 premium and luxury homes in over 100 locations throughout the US, Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Members of Marriott Bonvoy can earn and redeem points at the homes, some of which are in Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast in Italy, North Lake Tahoe in California and St Barts in the Caribbean. Members can use the points they earn on redemption stays at all participating hotels around the world, as well as experiences exclusively available on Marriott Bonvoy Moments.
Through partnerships with selected property management companies already managing the homes, guests will be provided with professionally cleaned homes with 24/7 support, high-speed WiFi and premium linens.
Marriott expects to introduce Homes & Villas in other markets, and increase the number of homes offered in the launch destinations.
