MSC has revealed new details about MSC World Asia, expected to make its debut in the Mediterranean from December 11, 2026.
Among the highlights is the World Promenade, an open-air space with dining, lounging and entertainment options. Some of the new features include a pan-Asian speciality restaurant, focusing on Southeast Asian cuisine, and the Spiral Dry Slide, expected to be the longest dry slide at sea at 81,3m between 12 decks.
Other highlights include:
- More than 20 different accommodation types including luxury suites and balcony cabins with ocean or promenade views.
- Cliffhanger, an overwater swing ride 50m above the ocean.
- More than 40 bars, lounges and restaurants including six speciality restaurant concepts.
- The Harbour, a new outdoor park in the Family Aventura District.
- Seven pools, including one with a retractable roof and 13 whirlpool baths.
MSC World Asia will sail seven-night itineraries in winter 2026/27 and summer 2027 calling at cities such as Barcelona, Marseille, Messina and Civitavecchia, and Valletta.
