RAMASELA Ganda has
been appointed chief
executive of Avis Rent A Car
Southern Africa, making her
the first female ce within
the Barloworld Group. She
takes over from Rainer
Gottschick, who is moving
to Barloworld Automotive
and Logistics in the position
of cfo. Ramasela joined
Barloworld in 2017 and has
held strategic roles, including
cfo of Barloworld Equipment:
Rental & Used, and
executive head of Business
Services. She has 22 years’
experience in the financial
field and is a qualified
chartered accountant.
