ANEW Hotels & Resorts has announced that Evan Badenhorst has been appointed MD of the group, effective November 1. The appointment, a new position in the group, marks his transition from his three-year role as ANEW’s Financial Director.
ANEW Hotels & Resorts CEO, Clinton Armour said Badenhorst played an essential role in steering ANEW Hotels & Resorts through the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. “Under his leadership, the organisation not only weathered the storm but also expanded its property portfolio from just three properties in 2020 to an impressive tally of 16 properties in 2023.”
