New Ritz-Carlton Hotel to open in NYC

Marriott International has signed an agreement with luxury hospitality development firm, Flag Luxury Group, to bring The Ritz-Carlton brand to NoMad, New York City, in 2021. 
The Flag Luxury Group will develop the hotel and residences tower, The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, at a cost of US$500m (R6,5bn). It will include 250 hotel rooms and 16 branded residences built to Ritz-Carlton standards.  
The tower will include a fine-dining restaurant, the brand’s renowned Club Lounge, a signature Ritz- Carlton spa and fitness centre, as well as a rooftop bar.
