Less than six years after a fire damaged the roof of Notre Dame, the cathedral will reopen to the public by late 2024, reports eturbonews.com.
The restoration projects are progressing as planned to meet French President Emmanual Macron’s deadline of December 8 next year.
Culture Minister Rima Abdul-Malak clarified that while the cathedral would be accessible to the public, it did not signify the completion of all renovation work. He said there would still be ongoing renovation work continuing into 2025.
