Qatar Airways will resume flights between Doha and Windhoek from June 25, to meet the increasing demand for travel in southern Africa.

Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, Akbar Al Baker, said: “This resumption demonstrates the strong ties between Doha and Namibia, with Qatar Airways enjoying an increasingly robust presence across the African continent, supporting economies and the ongoing recovery of the travel industry in the region.”

The airline will offer three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays using a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner with 22 seats in business class and 232 seats in economy.

Flight QR1373 will depart from Doha at 01h45, arriving at Windhoek at 09h50. The return flight, QR1374, will depart from Windhoek at 13h20, and arrive in Doha at 23h00.
